I just reinstalled Chrome on my Windows 10 PC. I imported bookmarks from two different HTML files. They all worked, but Chrome moved all the bookmarks from the second file into an import folder. I need to relocate them back to their correct places. But I’m having trouble. 1) I can’t drag them because they vanish when I try. 2) I can’t use the Bookmark Manager to move them since that option isn’t available. Cut and paste is possible, but it doesn’t help. I can open each bookmark individually, click the star, and save them elsewhere, but 1) I have many bookmarks and 2) this hasn’t happened before. Any suggestions about what’s going wrong with Chrome? Thanks.

Hey. That just began functioning. It wasn't an hour ago. Appreciate the thanks.
