The issue with your Elder Scrolls Online game isn’t working due to antivirus interference. You purchased the game on sale, but your Trend Micro Antivirus blocks it. To resolve this, try disabling the antivirus temporarily or using a different security program. If that fails, contact Tech Support directly and provide them with the same details—they may have additional steps. The support team has not helped before, so consider reaching out through official channels for proper guidance.

Yea but mine is some stupid version that doesn't have those dropdowns. Also I can't choose a folder. I can only choose specific programs. So it doesn't really work. Thanks for trying to help though!

Consider removing it and switching to another solution. Bitdefender is a possible option.

I really don’t like this, but my school needs it to connect to their internet. If I sneak in with another antivirus, I’d face expulsion.

The school doesn’t provide us with computers or similar resources. We use our own custom-built PC, but they’ve installed their own antivirus software that we have to deal with.

Why not remove it, fix the issue then restore it?

The issue arises because the antivirus doesn’t recognize ESO. You need to add the file folder as a trusted item.
