It's a battery system; once it runs out of stored energy it shuts off. The idea is that when the main power drops, the battery kicks in so you can manually turn off any devices connected to it, and then it stops working. It's not designed to keep your equipment running indefinitely.

These two UPS units are near the bottom of the list, using standby topology (the cheapest available). A small improvement is that they generate simulated sine waves instead of square waves, which isn't ideal for PCs either.
A proper UPS suitable for PCs would provide a true or pure sine wave with line-interactive design (such as my CyberPower CP1300EPFCLCD). An ideal choice would be a double-conversion topology (online).
It also depends on the capacity of your UPS. Your units are 650VA/400W, whereas mine is 1300VA/780W. A 50W load on your UPS lasts about an hour, while the same load on my unit lasts around two hours.
Of course, UPS isn't intended for continuous power generation or battery use to run hardware without electricity. It's meant for backup power during outages, allowing safe shutdown of your PC without data loss or hardware damage. If you need extended operation without main power, consider a generator (gasoline or diesel).
