I recently assembled my first computer but am facing memory problems. I purchased two 16 GB sticks at 3600 MHz, yet both BIOS and Task Manager display a performance of 2666 MHz. I’ve watched tutorials to resolve this, but the speed updates don’t work. My motherboard seems capable.

After saving and closing the interface, you may need to pause your hand near the PC for a short time. This is because the system must power it up and down a few times while checking the memory (commonly referred to as "memory training"). Simply apply the settings, save, and exit, then wait a brief period. I previously made an error by trying to enter BIOS immediately after applying the changes and resetting, which prevented proper configuration. Instead, go directly to your BIOS, enable the memory profile, save and exit, and wait a little while longer.
