Problem persists with freezing during gameplay continuously.
I built my PC inside the desk, here’s what I have:
Desk PC
Old specs: i7 9700k, Seagate 1tbhdd, WD 1tbsataSSD
Since freezes started, things changed:
GPU - rx570 8gb, RX 5060 8gb (AMD to MSI)
PSU - 600w, Corsair RM850X
Motherboard - B360M Pro VH, Z390 MPG Pro (both MSI)
RAM - 16gb, 32gb DDR4 3200mhz
Added two internal NVMe SSDs for more space
Someone from past posts helped me a lot, I think I almost fixed it.
I just keep getting crashes while playing randomly—sometimes I can play an hour without issues, then it freezes and I shut down.
I know many won’t read my old posts, but I’m stuck on what to do next.
What might cause the freezing? I saw it stop on a friend using Chrome with Pacman, which isn’t a heavy game like GTA.

I’m stuck after changing the motherboard, RAM, PSU, and GPU. It randomly freezes during intense gaming sessions, even without audio or needing to press the power button to restart. I’ve tried various steps on Windows... forums. Could you confirm the BIOS version of your motherboard? Also, did you recreate the OS installer to rule out corruption? Are all drives disconnected except the one for installation, and was the OS installed offline? If I were you, would you try setting up the system without the riser cable to see if the problems persist? If so, then that might be the cause. You mentioned games—what titles are we focusing on here? At what resolution?

Im not sure recreated to rule out a corrupt installer.
Im not sure I remember any of when I did the clean install, I followed his steps quite thoroughly.
I will check firmware for the one sata ssd wd drive see if theres anything, It also does store all of my games on that drive, Steam, Rockstar, Epicgames, Ubisoft...
I have to unfortunately use a riser cable in my desk circumstance. I know they arent great, I did buy a brand new one for the 5060 gpu.

Have you reset the BIOS/UEFI by removing the CMOS battery? If not, do it now. Ideally, short the pins labeled CLRTC and then reinsert the battery. After that, restart, reconfigure the BIOS (starting with XMP), and verify again.
If you haven’t done this before, make sure to follow these steps.
When was your last Windows installation? Regardless, execute sfc scannow and DISM:
