I purchased the Viper steel DDR4 64GB 3200MHZ 2x32GB bundle, but the system won’t start with both installed. Everything functions individually; it only boots when one stick is connected. The previous Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 16GB 3000MHz model works well in dual-channel mode. I’ve tried everything: resetting CMOS, updating BIOS, toggling XMP, adjusting timings, adding extra voltage, and testing all possible setups—including dual-channel configurations where both sticks operate correctly on their own. After a power cycle with CMOS reset, the specs are MSI MAG Z690 DDR4 WIFI (latest BIOS), I7 12700KF, Corsair RM1000X, and RTX 3070 Ti.

If the RAM modules aren't found in the QVL, problems might arise. This is uncommon but can happen. If you can return the units you purchased, it's recommended to purchase a replacement kit from the QVL. Good luck!

Ensure you only include what you need to start up—just a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and boot drive. If it boots, connect your extra RAID drives first, then add the rest of your accessories. These items aren’t set as bootable, but some peripherals or secondary drives can lead to startup issues.
