Hello everyone, I'm working with two Gigabyte AORUS FO27Q3 monitors. One operates at 360Hz while the other is stuck at 120Hz, even though both are connected via the included DisplayPort cables. I've installed all the drivers yet nothing has resolved the issue. It worked before. Here’s what we attempted to address: Troubleshooting Steps So Far: DP cables were new and identical. Double-checked if they matched. Restored monitor settings to factory defaults – reset both via their OSD. Updated NVIDIA drivers – tried the newest versions and also considered reverting to an older release. Verified settings in NVIDIA Control Panel – confirmed resolution is 2560x1440 and attempted to manually set 360Hz, but the monitor rejected it. Reviewed Windows display options – ensured both monitors were configured as separate displays, not duplicates. Tested without G-Sync – disabled adaptive sync to rule out conflicts. The problematic unit. If I set it to 240 the resolution drops to 1080p The working one.
Consider changing the cables to check if the issue persists or shifts to another cable. The limitation to HBR2 speed might stem from poor cable quality.
