Problem occurs when trying to start the PC after replacing the motherboard.
I replaced my motherboard with a used one from eBay. After transferring all components, the new PC failed to boot past the logo and spinning dots. I've tried several steps: removed HDD and second SSD, moved the boot drive to another M.2 slot, cleared RAM sticks in various combinations, attempted startup repair, used system recovery which claimed success but led back to the same logo, ran DISM and SFC, performed BIOS changes (disabling CSM, switching to UEFI, turning off fast boot), uninstalled updates and used Windows Recovery, tried safe mode but it still hit the logo, reset via Windows Recovery, cleared CMOS and BIOS, decided to erase the SSD since it lacked essential files. All data was on the second SSD and HDD. I used a disk tool to clean it, attempted installation from USB, but after installing Windows via the media creator, the system still restarts to the logo with frozen dots. The BOOTREC command indicated no Windows installation could be found. I'm struggling to figure out the issue and don't know what else to try. Please help.
