Hello, I recently switched from a Ryzen 5 2600 to a 5600X. My motherboard is an MSI B450 Tomahawk. I updated the BIOS using my previous CPU. After that, everything seemed to function better. The only issue remains with my RAM running at 2133 MHz. I attempted to turn on XMP in the BIOS, but when it was active, Windows wouldn’t load properly. Disabling XMP resolved the problem, but now loading into Windows is still an issue. Someone recommended setting "Load Optimized Defaults" in BIOS. I did that and the situation changed again—now Windows won’t load at all. This mirrors what happened when I enabled XMP before. It’s unclear what caused the change or what steps to take next. I’ve tried clearing CMOS, but it didn’t help. My OS is Windows 10, installed on an M2 NVMe Intel SSD. Here are my BIOS settings and the current screen: https://imgur.com/a/qtDc19t. Enable Secure Boot after a BIOS reset as needed. When applying XMP profiles, the RAM voltage is typically set to 1.35V.
I just installed the newest BIOS version using M-Flash for BIOS. My PC started running Windows, which was surprising. After a short wait, the screen turned black again and displayed the "Arsenal Gaming" splash before getting stuck once more. What’s going on? Edit: I’m still experiencing the same issue after using M-Flash for the first time. It seems to work once but then reverts to the problem. I’m confused and exhausted. Please help me figure this out when I’m awake.

When SB was active during installation, the system won't start properly whether it's off or on. To fix this, a one-time boot into safe mode with the updated setting is required.
