Recently, my PC has been experiencing crashes and disconnections from all connected devices. The fans run at maximum speed continuously, and the system fails to shut down when I press the power button. I've applied all troubleshooting methods available, but this issue persists consistently during gameplay in NBA 2K25 or Madden 25. Here are my specifications:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X 3.4GHz (4.6GHz Turbo) – 4.6GHz base, 8 cores, 16 threads
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
RAM: 32GB DDR4 at 3200MHz
SSD: 1TB M.2 Solid State Drive
Cooler: Water Cooling
Case fan: 12cm RGB fans
PSU: 850W
WiFi: Available

When the fans become very noisy, it could indicate a temperature issue. Could you share your readings during that time?
