Uncertain about what’s happening here, but it seems like the graphics card might be the problem. My PC had similar issues a month ago after I changed the CPU, motherboard, and RAM—then everything worked fine again. I’m still confused and worried about spending money on parts before things get worse.

I fixed it within roughly three seconds after sharing this—it was definitely my old 1070, and I installed it and the problem disappeared instantly. So it seems the issue stayed with my older components even after removing the graphics card. If anyone encounters this now or later, could you clarify how the problem persisted despite replacing the graphics card?
The CPU was quite outdated, just six cores, and the motherboard was in poor condition. I thought it might be the reason since I removed the graphics card first, thinking it caused the problem, but even after using an older 1070, everything functioned properly now.
