I was unsure about buying this graphics card because of many negative reviews about fan noise—a buzzing or tinkling sound similar to electrical discharges. Eventually, after some positive feedback, I decided to proceed with the purchase… but sadly, the defect also appeared on my unit:

I have a few questions:
Has anyone experienced the same problem and managed to fix it?
Have you tried returning the card and replacing it with another model, only to find that the new one worked fine?
Would it be better to return this card and choose a different model instead?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Could you share the details about your 12VHPWR/12v-2x6 adapter? What's the story of its condition? The make and model of your PSU and how old is it?
Because many users have complained about fan noise—like a buzzing or tinkling sound similar to electrical discharges—are you certain this isn't coil whine? You might try placing a sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder and holding one end near your ear. Then use the other end to listen for the source of the sound.
If you narrow it down to the fan being the problem, I recommend sending the card back via RMA after contacting PNY and the seller.

I've already eliminated coil whine — the sound appears only when the fans start turning and continues at any speed, even when idle (~700 RPM). I also tried placing a rolled-up A4 sheet near each fan, but it wasn't easy to pinpoint which fan was responsible. However, several users online mentioned this issue often stems from a single fan motor, which could explain what's happening here.
My PSU is a [NZXT C750 Gold], which I've had for about three years. I'm using the 12V-2×6 adapter from PNY, connected via three separate 8-pin PCIe cables, not in a daisy-chained setup (as shown in the photo).
