I experienced problems with Ravenfeild on my PC, got stuck after switching tabs, and it seemed to close into a small window. I noticed the tab edge and heard some music. Checking online instructions suggested using alt-enter, which worked but now shows two black bars at the top and bottom. After reinstalling, the issue persists. This has been happening for about three months. My Steam account on FreeVend's PC is functioning normally. Someone can assist?
