Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
I have tried everything,
What is it that you've tried to exhaustion before creating your account and this thread...?
A dozen YouTube videos offering identical advice repeatedly
(Device manager -> update driver or search for updates) - no results
(Device manager -> crtl+v hardware id and search for it) - many similar issues but no solutions, though I discovered a connection to Thunderbolt or something called Cypress. I had already installed the Thunderbolt driver but checked again and found nothing.)
That’s all I’ve managed to figure out unfortunately.

It seems to be just a thermal sensor or fingerprint scanner that isn't there. Unless you're very particular about having every possible driver and the system is working properly, you can safely skip the device manager entry. Alternatively, you can install all available drivers from the motherboard manufacturer.
