Acer’s assistance page. I restored the BIOS to default, yet the Predator boot screen persists. I also reinstalled Windows once, preserving all files and removing every app to eliminate any software-related problem—it was a temporary fix but recurred again. After repairing the Windows installation and keeping my files and apps enabled in settings, it was resolved, though it started happening once more. Recent Power Settings tweaks: I adjusted power options (disabling SSD health checks on hard disk and plugged-in mode). SSD Health & Re-Seating: CrystalDiskInfo reports 94% health; the SSD is securely seated despite physical repositioning. Boot Configuration Repair: I ran Windows Startup Repair via command prompt, which fixed the boot issue but only temporarily. Questions & Help Request: Predator Boot Animation: Has anyone else noticed the logo/sound on a Nitro model? Could this indicate a firmware error or incorrect BIOS flash? What steps did you take to fix it? How can I resolve this and is there a connection to the blue screen I occasionally encounter? Freezing & Boot Problems: My system freezes after idle periods and sometimes displays a Blue Screen (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) error upon hard reboot. Could this relate to power management (e.g., SSD or PCIe link entering sleep mode) or boot configuration issues that reset after Safe Mode? Any guidance on further troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated. Or is the SSD failing or is my RAM defective? I haven’t checked RAM yet, but I’ve attached all relevant files and videos to Google Drive: Laptop issues document - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1...zpqh2nSZeZ. Currently, my laptop functions normally except during fan noise spikes and temperature spikes; I assume those are within normal limits. But whenever I restart, the Predator animation remains, and the blue screen is absent yet it happened again on March 2nd. The freezing occurs unexpectedly without heavy usage—especially not when using SolidWorks or CAD software. Thank you in advance for your advice.
