I am facing problems with games, especially when they freeze. I can open the task manager and close the app, but the game background still seems active if I check it there. I understand this happens because the game launcher (Steam, Battlenet) shows that a game instance is running, even though I can’t restart it. Over time, the task manager also freezes and I can’t recover. This issue has appeared in CS2, Diablo 4, and Binding Of Issac. The only solution I’ve tried is to restart my whole machine. Recently, I made some improvements to my system settings and performance, but I’m still seeking better ways to resolve this. Thank you for any suggestions.

I apologize, what I intended to convey is that I received a new monitor with a significantly higher refresh rate.
