Problem in Office 365 - Error 30015-11(5)?
Hi everyone,
This is my initial message here, so please let me know if I’ve made any mistakes.
Lately, installing Microsoft Office 365 has been problematic; the process halts at 92% and displays error 30015-11 (5).
I've tried several methods:
- Installing through both online and offline installers
- Using the Office Deployment Tool (ODT)
- Cleaning all temporary files and registry entries after each attempt
The logs indicate an issue with the Click-to-Run service, but I’m unsure how to resolve it.
Could anyone assist in identifying the problem or suggest next steps?
