Hey everyone, I just upgraded my RAM to the ADATA XPG Spectrix D50 32GB (2X16GB) 3600MHz DDR4 RGB setup. Previously, I used Adata 2X8GB at 3600 MHz. Now, when I power on the PC, I have to press the power button several times—5 or 6 times—before it starts up, whereas before it would just press once. Once it turns on, everything runs smoothly in games and other tasks, so why am I getting this issue? Is this going to become a bigger problem later? Thanks.
Is your motherboard able to host 32GB of RAM? You mentioned you previously had 16GB—have you looked in System Information or settings to confirm the actual amount? I found an example suggesting the power button might be faulty, which could affect a RAM upgrade. It’s possible the issue lies with the button itself; if that’s the case, replacement or repair might be necessary. Also verify the connection between your motherboard and the RAM module.

Your RAM appears to be working correctly, but the power button seems to need more pressure to activate. Inspect your motherboard for any issues with the Power switch—ensure it’s securely connected and not bent, as this can happen when cables are pulled too hard. Also verify that the power switch cable is properly attached to the button.
