I can click "Fix for me" and it works fine right now, but after I restart my PC, the problem comes back. This is the only issue I have had since I got the AE-7. I am using Headphones, and they are plugged in correctly. I have the card in a PCI-E x4 slot. I have an ASrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 MoBo. I tried searching Google, but I cannot find enough information about my specific situation. I hope someone here could share some less common tips or maybe someone who has dealt with this exact thing before? Here is a picture of the error. It seems whether I choose Dolby or DTS, "Fix for me" makes it work, but it's not normal to have to rely on that fix every single time. https://imgur.com/P8lu5fb View: https://imgur.com/P8lu5fb

Dolby DTS stuff isn't working right now. I need to check the Task Manager's Services tab and see what's up there. There are two audio programs running: Sound Blaster Audio Service (CtHdaSvc.exe) and Creative Audio Service (CTAudSvcService.exe). One handles DTS, the other Dolby, and both should start on their own automatically.

I found the file CTAudSvcService.exe and set it to start automatically. But I can't find the file CtHdaSvs.exe. Maybe restarting my PC will help? I tried restarting, but it started up again right now. Thanks a lot for your help!

Try uninstalling and putting back on the device driver again.

That was my very first thing I actually did, and I tried it three times lol. Even though i took the device out, used a tool called Driver Boosters Device Remover Tool to clean up any leftover plugin leftovers. Ran out of ideas then asked here on this platform. Luckily you knew about these services lol. It worked perfectly for me.
