The 3rd fan of the gfx is producing a rattling noise at 68-73% speed, and no sound occurs above that point. Someone, can you help identify the issue?
Additionally, using the "Firestorm" OC scanner, only 1mhz is being overclocked—am I really in trouble and did I miss something important? It’s an RMA card.

OC scanner for firestorm just freezes for me. Some fans like to rattle at some point but they should run at 100% without losing much rpm. There is an issue were you set the fans to 100% say 3300rpm and they will periodically drop to 2800 or something a long those lines. That can be caused by the overclock on the card.

But I haven't ever locked the card too hard. Are you saying I received an overclocked RMA card?

You can observe the rpm of the GPU fans using gpu-z, hwmonitor and hwinfo64.
My 2060 has a gigabyte 2060 card, but the fans perform poorly at high speeds. This is how they normally sound.

my situation is unique, it produces sound just when the fan reaches 68-73% speed, affecting only the third fan while the rest remain silent above that point

Confirm that no object is in contact with the fan blades.
