Hello, your mother's PC is stuck in the Windows logo screen after just a minute. It restarts again automatically. Before this, you cleared the CMOS for 10 seconds and removed extra RAM because her tower turned on but nothing appeared on the monitor. You tried two monitors, but the issue persists. Now it powers on but you're still stuck in the Windows logo and keep restarting. The motherboard model is a Biostar H61MLV2.
