On the MB I installed every driver for Windows 11, and after that Microsoft Update found and downloaded any missing ones.

Checked the GPU settings and confirmed the driver package was downloaded from Nvidia.

You've installed NVCleanInstall and are now using Snappy Driver Tools for updates.

Avoid that action. Drivers for updates are just unnecessary bloat. It's odd though since your PC isn't the best but it still works fine! You might want to start in safe mode to check performance, and consider trying Windows 10 instead because Windows 11 is newer and could have problems too.

Really slow performance? Avoid using that bloatware. Visit the vendor's support page for your mainboard and get the latest Win11 drivers there, plus BIOS updates. If it's still lagging, try uninstalling the most recent Windows update. Boot into shift-hold mode and troubleshoot the issue. Remove the last Windows update before trying again.

To wrap up this discussion, I believe I resolved it using suggestions from everyone. I installed the official GeForce Experience, turned on Secure Boot, disabled indexing (refer to the attached image), and updated the Intel drivers. One of these steps likely fixed the problem—I’m not entirely certain, but Secure Boot seems to be the key.
