Purchased a new HyperX Fury with 2666MHz RAM installed, but it doesn’t work. My existing model runs at 2400MHz and works fine. I tried the higher speed on another machine and it boots. Is my motherboard not compatible? It shows a black screen with no display. Please help me out Sad MOBO: ASUS PRIME A320M-K CPU: AMD A10-9700 OLD RAM (Functioning): HyperX Fury DDR4 4gb 2400mhz NEW RAM (Not Functioning on mobo but functions on Aorus b450 pro): HyperX Fury DDR4 4gb 2666mhz

The variation might come from the RAM's velocity. It's standard to use RAMs with matching speeds.

Check the RAM. Match the exact rate (2400mhz) your computer already uses. Avoid mixing RAM sticks with varying speeds.

The 2400mhz model is not commonly available these days. I've already attempted to use only the latest RAM, but it doesn't start up. I also reset the BIOS and updated it, but no further solutions seem to work.
