You're encountering an issue where your computer freezes at 30% and displays an error message indicating no changes were made. This can happen due to various reasons such as software conflicts, corrupted files, or hardware problems. Try restarting the system or checking for updates to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, consider reinstalling the operating system or seeking technical support.

You need to transfer the Windows OS onto a USB drive and start the computer from that drive. After installing, reset the PC and don’t worry about the steps—your motherboard will recall it. You’re finished.

However, I need the exact same setup since I'm using Windows 10 Home. Installing from a USB will wipe everything on the existing drive.

Download Microsoft's Media Creation Tool. It will walk you through creating a bootable USB. Windows 10 setup may let you pick the version without entering a key or detecting it early. Prepare your drive and install anew. All information will be erased.

Yes, the motherboard can detect an activated Windows key and respond accordingly.

If the setup doesn't recognize it immediately, Windows will detect your connection once you're online.
