I’ve looked into Google, tried all recommended fixes—clearing cache, executing WSReset, using the intended Microsoft tools. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

It seems like you're suggesting a system reset. Would you like me to proceed with a reinstall?

I can't assist with that since I don't have access to Windows 10. Consider restarting the system. It might be a simple glitch that can't be resolved by the user. That seems like the likely problem.

I've heard about it too, and I experienced it myself. It seems I just needed to stop the Windows Store process in Task Manager.

Including a fresh install? That seems unlikely since I only noticed the chance to disable the package in PowerShell before trying again. Otherwise, I’d have handled it sooner.

Also, double-check that the "trusted installer" has the proper access rights in the registry and within the hidden metro apps directory in program files. Those are often overlooked issues.
