I adjusted the boot priority to USB in the BIOS and tested various ports, but the boot drive still won’t start. The drive was made with a Mac, so any changes might affect it. I don’t have a PC with a Ryzen 5600G CPU, ASRock B540M Pro4 board, or EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650G power supply. I also have two 8GB RAM sticks installed.

It appears as extFAT. If it's APFS or another format, it may not work properly.

I managed it. I mistakenly entered the incorrect bit size for the drives.
