Apologies, it seems there was a misunderstanding. The dimensions were described as 2x8 with some components added, not 2x4. Let me clarify.

I'm facing the same issue. It restarts after a few attempts. I had an MSI and it failed that way, so I returned everything. I wasn't refunded, so I bought parts again and chose Gigabyte. The same problem occurred. After turning it on, I had to keep it running to prevent it from restarting. I left it on for as long as possible—about a year—and then I was charged for services at a legal business. Eventually, I had to unplug it. Now I'm experiencing the same problem again. They told me to remove everything and reassemble it, but it seems like a small pin or two from the CPU connection was pulled out. No one seems to explain how to fix it when powering down. No one mentions grounding the outlet properly—some say it needs the third 'ground' of the plug connected to the power company's 'n' line.
