Hello, Your motherboard appears to be failing to power on. After cleaning your PC and reinserting all components, it started working once you opened the side panel and positioned the machine correctly. You connected all USB devices and then powered it up via the supply button. It briefly lit up before shutting off. Despite testing the power supply, it functions normally. Currently, the board is inside a case with only the cooler and power cord connected, still not turning on. I’ve checked everything else but haven’t tried any other connections. Could you clarify what might be causing this issue? What steps have you taken so far?

Inspect the connection at the wall outlet and at the rear of the power supply unit.

I've reviewed everything thoroughly. I even tried the power supply on another machine, and it functioned correctly.

Disconnect every device and verify again. Confirm that all MB power connections are securely attached.

The mainboard remains on a container with just the cooler and power outlet connected, but it still doesn’t turn on.

No, the power switch cable is not on the right posts.

I don't see anything hooked up to the power on pins on the left side in the picture. (By the buzzer/speaker). Are you manually jumping the pins?

The motherboard functions like a power switch, and I've also attempted to jump it manually.

Could you clarify if you're experiencing any unusual behavior or if the issue persists after checking for shorts?
