Today I chose to manually overclock my system instead of using the UEFI's auto turbo option. The attempt didn't work well and the system wouldn't boot into Windows. After restoring everything to the default settings, the startup problem remained. Now, reaching my desktop requires multiple system launches.

Initially, I turned on the PC normally by pressing the power button. No signal appeared on the monitor or for the keyboard and mouse lights. The fans were spinning and the GPU light was active.

Then I held down the power button for a longer time, causing the PC to shut down. After restarting it again, I encountered either a no-signal startup or progressed to the next stage. The PC eventually turned off and on a few times before entering a safe mode menu. There, I could select BIOS loading, change boot options, or let the timer run to access Windows.

At least my PC is now running, though it's frustrating to have to go through this lengthy process just to start up. Is there any way to diagnose the issue or a quick fix for this problem?

I believe there might be some kind of corruption in Bios. Have you attempted to clear the CMOS? If that doesn't resolve it, then I recommend re-flashing Bios to the newest version if you haven't already done so. It's always best to provide your complete system specifications when dealing with such issues.

There seems to be some kind of corruption in Bios. Have you attempted to clear the CMOS? If that didn’t help, then I’d recommend re-flashing the BIOS to the latest version if you haven’t already done so. It’s always a good idea to list your full system specifications when dealing with such issues. Thanks! I tried resetting everything in the BIOS, but it wasn’t enough. Opening the case and clearing the CMOS resolved it.
