Run SOC at 1.20V manually. Avoid updating the BIOS as the latest version would cancel the warranty. Consider swapping the board for another manufacturer and absorb the expense since CPUs are costly now.

Board should remain covered under warranty, so simply return it for replacement and order a new one from another supplier. There’s no excuse—consumers have no right, regardless of how tech-savvy they are, to fix expensive issues from companies with far more resources than anyone can imagine.

It looks like you've adjusted the voltage slightly, moving from 1.36v to 1.272v. That change seems stable. I'm checking if it's safe—your current voltage is close to 1.2v before the update, which is what was recommended. You're considering an upgrade to 1413, but there are newer BIOS versions still in beta and it hasn't been officially released yet. Since you have a second motherboard, changing now might not be ideal. Your first board was a Gigabyte X670 Elite and had more problems, so proceeding carefully is wise.

I'm not sure if your CPU socket 1.29 is compatible with the 7600, but it's something you should check before buying.

I understand the video from GN sparked my desire to update. Also, returning the product and switching brands isn't feasible for me. It's challenging to get a return from my area, and I don't know any model with comparable PCIe 5 Gen support at the price I paid. This is my second PC card; the first was a Gigabyte X670 Elite, and I no longer have funds for another one. Still, thanks!
