I'm facing some issues with my PC. After installing the RX 460, it crashes during gameplay and the drivers seem to have stopped working.

You can add them via the Radeon Crimson software. Type the settings, then tap updates at the bottom left, verify available updates, and install the driver.

Are you sure? Remove the driver first, then add it again.
