Hey there! Let’s go over what seems to be happening with your setup. We have three computers and a printer connected through Ethernet. A new wireless network printer was recently added, and it appears the issue started about a month ago. Your machine would shut down repeatedly, sometimes not even powering on, and diagnostic lights would light up on the motherboard. After replacing the CPU and RAM, the problem seemed fixed—until now. The printer is an HP laser model, with both old (P1606dn) and new (3301cdw) units running Windows 11 Pro. All systems are otherwise stable, with adequate power supplies and circuits. You mentioned uncertainty about which circuit the printers and computers were on, and you’ve tried moving them to different circuits or unplugging the problematic one. Despite those changes, the crashes continue when using the old printer again. No software updates were applied before the incidents. It’s puzzling since everything else looks fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Consider examining your crash files on the PC first. In Windows, look in 'C:\Windows\Minidump'. You’ll need a viewer to understand why it crashed there—there are examples showing various tools like https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubl...-dump-file. Check the Windows event log around the time, but note that if the system restarts, much data may be lost. If power problems occur, you should see kernel power error entries in the logs.

The issue appears to stem from repeated reboots without a proper shutdown. The logs show only errors like configuration failures and missing Minidump files. It’s possible the system isn’t saving changes correctly or the log collector isn’t capturing events properly.
