Hello,
I’m facing an issue that might be fixable. My printer driver appears to be unavailable, but in Administrative Tools it isn’t listed. The same happens in Device Manager when checking the print queue—only the fax and HP ePrint are visible. I own an OfficeJet Pro 6968 and use Windows 10 on my laptop. Any assistance would be very helpful. Thank you.

I suggest trying to download the drivers once more and check if it resolves your problems.
