The printer supports WiFi 3 for home AIO routers, but my WiFi 6 business network doesn’t detect it. It makes sense to keep compatibility simple—especially with everyday devices meant for DIY or small office settings.

The hardware was chosen after thorough evaluation and reviewing the complete manual. I doubt installing the software on every required PC for scanner access would be necessary. You might still reach out to Canon for support if it doesn’t fit your setup.
