Hi,
my system has been stable for several months (CPU: 13700k, Mainboard: Asus Prime Z790 Wifi A, Fury RAM 64GB...).
but recently I noticed some strange issues – I can't render any FFmpeg files anymore (crashes instantly), Premiere Pro rendering fails, and Prime95 tests just close without error.
Cinebench crashes too (no BSOD), but I can reopen it after the crash.
I've tried the latest BIOS update, all Windows updates, CMOS reset, factory reset, XMP enabled/disabled, and even booted from a USB with WinPE (same application crashes).
I'm using the default BIOS settings and haven't overclocked.
Any suggestions on what to try next?

Please share your RAM kit details, the BIOS version you're using right now, the operating system you're working with, the OS edition if known, and where you obtained the installer.

I have already progressed with the investigation, swapped my 13700k for the 14700k, and there are no more crashes on applications with default bios settings. It looks like the 13700k is faulty, requiring significantly more voltage than expected!
