Prime stable but fails OCCT

I've been checking my overclock in Prime 95 – performed short FFTs for around 16 hours and a blend test using 75% RAM for 24 hours without any issues. Also, completed 8 passes of Memtest86. In OCCT LINPACK with 75% RAM utilization, I encounter an error after the first hour. Any thoughts on what might be happening?

it's sufficient until you have confirmation it wasn't, if you receive any messages or recoverable errors then that will be another requirement.

He suspects the CPU is okay but the RAM might be unstable, suggesting trying higher voltage or adjusting RAM timings/speed, and also testing with a single RAM module.

I believed it might be RAM-related. I considered a 75% mix to address this issue and also performed Memtest 86 for eight passes without encountering any problems.

I've experienced OCs that are prime and OCCT compliant, yet unstable on BF3. Varying loads affect stability differently, increasing voltage slightly or lowering the OC.

voltage increased slightly but had no clear effect on temperatures; it performed well during three hours of Linpack. OCCT and Prime seem similar in function. I plan to use OCCT going forward. Is three hours of Linpack sufficient?
