hello, i'm working with a 4790k oc running at 4.6ghz with 1.22vcore, using swiftech's h240x2 and putting the gpu in the loop. in prime95 small ffts i'm seeing temperatures between 65-74c, while my room is around 21c. could you help?

When using a GPU and an overclocked CPU with just one dual rail, the temperatures look normal. Also, what CircuitDaemon mentioned.
