I just completed assembling my first PC. It comes with 8 + 8 Hyperx Fury 3600 MHz RAM sticks, all priced identically. I purchased them from the same seller but not as a dual kit. The components match the specifications exactly, yet they don’t function properly in dual-channel mode. As shown in the screenshots, both are correctly installed on A2 and B2 slots on the motherboard. I verified the slots and replaced them again, but the issue persists. I adjusted the clock speeds on the motherboard to 3000Hz and 2400Hz, yet nothing changed. The motherboard model is: Asus Prime B500M-A Wi-Fi Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, AMD RX 6750 X GPU.

The memory is located in slots A2 and B2, indicating a dual-channel configuration or a non-functional state. In the provided screenshots, it appears the memory is showing as single-channel. Everything seems consistent with what I see.

However, "dual" isn't present anywhere. The single value in the ranks field at cpu-z matches what you expect. Check the task manager for details.

Here’s a revised version of your text:

The dual rank relates to how the RAM dimms themselves function. For more details, check the video which starts with a short overview. As for additional information, in the Memory section of CPU-Z I notice "2x64 bit" listed under "channel #". Since DDR4 uses one 64-bit bus per channel, two channels would equate to dual-channel operation.

It shows dual channel in the CPU memory settings. This means two 64-bit channels, or a single rank with chips on one side of the memory card.

When it comes to duality, everything is fine. Apologies for the mistake... Thank you so much.
