Hello everyone! Right now my system runs dual boot and I don’t really use Windows 10 much—just to check updates occasionally. Still, I’m enjoying it. I was thinking about switching to Windows Tech Preview and using my 8.1 key on my HTPC. To be honest, many users who rely heavily on Steam or Origin face problems installing games and running apps, especially since most didn’t have support at launch. So far, it hasn’t been a big issue for me.

I own the version with no problems in recent updates. It runs quicker than 8.1 and gaming feels seamless. Excited about the removal of the start screen. Still, I understand the reason for the change was to get a legal copy of Windows without paying.

That's the problem I'm facing with my HTPC, really.

You can choose Windows 10, but consider your needs and preferences. Evaluate other options if you want more features or compatibility.
