From my side, there are no major delays; the overall system is just lacking strength, but it should work well for those games if you lower the graphics settings.

Consider purchasing a new GPU. Some options include the RX 460 2GB, GTX 1050 2GB or GTX 1050Ti 4GB. Using one of these will cause minor performance limits in certain titles needing strong CPU power, but you should handle games that demand high GPU strength without issues.

It would definitely slow things down significantly, wouldn't it? That Celeron Sandy Bridge chip is known for being quite power-efficient but also limited in performance.

That's interesting, right? A 2GB GDDR5 chipset still handled CS:GO smoothly even on an older Radeon 7600M.
