Your system has a mix of older and newer components. The Intel Celeron G540 with 6GB DDR3 RAM and a GTX 730 GPU may struggle under modern workloads, especially if the bottleneck exists. Consider upgrading to a faster CPU like the G4400 or better to improve performance and reduce stuttering.

From my side, there are no major delays; the overall system is just lacking strength, but it should work well for those games if you lower the graphics settings.

Consider purchasing a new GPU. Some options include the RX 460 2GB, GTX 1050 2GB or GTX 1050Ti 4GB. Using one of these will cause minor performance limits in certain titles needing strong CPU power, but you should handle games that demand high GPU strength without issues.

It would definitely slow things down significantly, wouldn't it? That Celeron Sandy Bridge chip is known for being quite power-efficient but also limited in performance.

Similar titles such as BeamNG.Drive demand significant CPU processing power, while games like CSGO need strong GPU performance. Your GT 730 may not be sufficient for these demands.

That's interesting, right? A 2GB GDDR5 chipset still handled CS:GO smoothly even on an older Radeon 7600M.

The available space is diminishing rapidly, and 4GB is now the standard for many budget options such as the 1050Ti.

Also notice that this individual is performing well on a high-end setup using an i5 720p GPU that maintains steady FPS.
