It functions perfectly with your media controls, but inside the game likely needs a script to achieve this. There’s definitely a way to make it work.

I handle it regularly, activate The Flash series in Fallout 4 at full screen during cutscenes, start when they begin and stop after they end. It functions for me but might not be the right approach if it doesn’t work for you.

attempted the same, but it doesn’t work because the game should be active. Please share your setup for MPC-HC so I can help you configure it properly while playing.

I've turned them on too; they function when MPC is active. Once the game starts, the sole working media key is the volume of the whole PC. I can't pause a video while playing using global keys.
