During the lock incident in 8.1, both screens displayed a slideshow from your chosen folder while the system was inactive. Upon restarting, the main screen showed the lock interface and the secondary monitor displayed a uniform color matching your theme. In 10, the secondary screen becomes inactive and turns black when the slideshow begins or appears on the lock screen. To ensure both monitors stay active, you may need to adjust display settings or power management options. Moving the taskbar to the secondary screen doesn’t resolve the action center issue on the primary display, as it appears to be tied there. You might need to reposition the taskbar or check system settings for further control.
