You’d need a high-definition video capture solution, such as an Elgato or an AV card, and connect it to the other device. Then link the gaming PC’s HDMI output through the capture device to your display. This method adds some delay in the signal but functions properly.

The specifications aren't guaranteed just because it's prebuilt. For a second PC, you can use it for playback and recording, or replace components to enhance your existing system.

thats not enough information what are the PC specs why is the video unwatchable? what is your framerate? what are you using to record? what bitrate and resolution?
