To eliminate GPU drivers, you can utilize the DDU software. However, rather than navigating through the hassle of uninstalling drivers when you plan to replace the MOBO, CPU, and GPU, a clean Windows installation would be the optimal choice.

Visit device managers and remove outdated component drivers manually, except for GPU, which should use DDU.
