I reside in Canada and am eager to preorder GTA V for PC. The rockstar promotion highlights a million-dollar reward for early orders, but I’m unable to locate a Canadian retailer offering this bonus specifically for PC players (Eb Games supports next-gen consoles but not PC). Do you happen to know any stores or platforms in Canada that might provide this offer? Thanks!

The offer includes a bonus, but it's not limited to purchasing from Steam.

Take some caution with preordering GTA V for PC. Rockstar keeps releasing poor ports, so I wouldn’t rely on them. Ultimately, you’re paying the price, but waiting a couple days post-release could cut your cost by around sixty dollars.

Maybe I’d rather keep the disk on hand since my internet connection isn’t fast enough.

Steam should handle it; I’m not placing an order yet, but I’ll hold off until the spring sale comes around. It’s a great game, especially with PC mods, and it could really shine. Just remember, don’t preorder anything just yet.

You'll probably need to save it regardless, especially for a Steam title.

Don't reserve games ahead: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/v...er-Culture I’m eager for CDPR to collect my payment, as they make EA, Ubisoft, Respawn, etc seem like fraudsters, yet I stay firm on my choice even though I’m sure I’ll love Witcher 3. By the way, I’m hopeful about GTA V post-MP3. Also, enjoy those tears—it’s really nice. http://www.change.org/p/rockstar-games-d...gta-v#news

Never place orders in advance unless you genuinely wish to back the tiny creator you deeply rely on.

I usually wait for pre-orders only when they include figurines or similar collectibles. Still, for a massive game bonus, GTA feels like the right choice—you need to take risks and kill people, which might be straightforward if you have a powerful system. It’s not something I’d order unless it comes with real art or items. GTA 4 was decent but not perfect; it was slow unless your PC was top-notch, and managing updates was a hassle.
