Checking the value of BF4 premium now, it's available for around 35$. At your level, it could be a good investment if you aim to unlock the Desert Eagle and other maps. Buying all the DLC at half price might seem like a smart move, but waiting could mean missing out on early access to new content. Consider whether the potential rewards justify the cost versus purchasing everything upfront.
dlc are not worth it most of the time. only buy it if you are starting to get bored buy the main game. but at level 40 there is certainly still a lot to unlock.
A few are great while others fall short, honestly—it's just reused maps from BF3... It really depends on how much you play and what you're looking for!
