When resampled to 60 fps, the video feels slightly more fluid. For optimal results, start with 40 or 50 fps first, as that's the native recording speed.

Placebo effects are common. Many people observe frame drops and stuttering. A steady 30fps doesn't seem disruptive unless someone is accustomed to it.

I prefer not to rely on V-Sync because it limits the frame rate to 60 or 30, preventing stutters when uploading at higher settings.

Playing at 30fps is terrible. Even with v-sync it drops below 60fps, so v-sync doesn't solve the problem.
