I often have to change the BIOS settings on multiple machines each time I need to switch. It’s frustrating to enter them manually. Can I store these BIOS configurations as presets so I can load them in Windows without rebooting, eliminating the need to type everything again? All the systems use an MSI B650M-A motherboard with the 7D77v194 BIOS version.

Profiles can be stored inside the BIOS, using straightforward keybindings—perhaps F6 on MSI boards, though you should verify via the BIOS menu. There’s no apparent method in Windows to achieve this, and since the BIOS process is simple, it doesn’t offer much benefit over native Windows settings.
