For the majority of these configurations, the transmitters and receivers function together and adjust automatically. My TP-Link setup works really well!

The individual parts will link straight to a router for better signal, I think you're after a mesh networking setup. You might want this or something comparable; do you require just Ethernet or Wi-Fi plus Ethernet?

Some suppliers offer single units as well; for instance, examples include the TP-Link AV600 and TP-Link Powerline TL-PA7010 models. Make sure to select an adapter compatible with your existing device's 'AV' specification. For example, the first listed is an AV600 model, while the second is an AV1000 model.

You can purchase more of what you already own and link them together, but speed will decrease as you add more adapters.
