Is it this much? You notice the bios logo appearing after 15 seconds when the PC powers on. Your specs include a 5900x CPU, 32GB RAM, and an MSI MAG-X570S-TOMAHAWK-MAX-WIFI.

Certainly high-end motherboards sometimes face problems with specific chipsets like the Z790 in your i9 build. Your 7800X3D with X670 might need a BIOS update to resolve the issue.
